Unlike live plants artificial plants don’t need specialised lighting, fertilisers, nutritious substrates or CO2. They do not require any specific conditioning of water either, so can be used to great effect with no detriment in that regard. They’re easy to clean too, meaning a simple wipe, brush or spray with the shower head will remove any algae and detritus, and they’ll be looking almost as good as when you first unboxed them.
